Jane Greenspan is an associate justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She was appointed to this position in 2008 by Ed Rendell, the Democratic governor of Pennsylvania, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Ralph Cappy. She is also a Democrat. The term to which she was appointed expires in 2009 at which time she must stand for election in a partisan election. Should she win, she would after that face only a retention election.
